Head Trainer Abel Brites started practicing martial arts at the age of 13 under the instruction of Urban Combat black belt Franck Vigouroux, where he learned a variety of striking & submission techniques.
At the age of 19 he decided to pursue a career as a competitor and begin training full time. Abel Brites is now one of Australia’s best lightweights proving this on multiple occasions.
